Why didn't I get an alert?

Alerts only come when a game heads into a close finish (by default: last 5 minutes, margin of 5 or less). If notifications are off, Clutchly shows a warning at the top of Settings. On the free plan, only your favorite player's games send alerts.

How fast are alerts?

Live data arrives about half a minute behind the court; an alert means "the final minutes are starting", not a play-by-play feed.

The Night Watch alarm didn't ring.

Check the alarm permission (iPhone Settings → Clutchly) and the alarm hours in Clutchly. It rings once per game, and only if the clutch moment falls within those hours. Swiping the app away doesn't block it.

How do I see the score?

With the spoiler shield on, tap "Show score" on the game page; you can turn the shield off entirely in Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Clutchly Pro. After canceling, Pro stays on until the end of the period.

Pro doesn't show on my new phone.

Clutchly → Settings → Clutchly Pro → "Restore purchases".

How do I delete my data?

Clutchly → Settings → Delete my account and data. Everything is permanently deleted from the server.
